Clients are welcome to stop buy our Rock Hill location with their piece(s) for an in-person quote or we can do virtual quotes. Virtual quoting is available via email, text messaging, or through any of our social media platforms. We are very responsive and usually answer with in an hour unless it is one of our days off and then we respond as soon as possible.

A Lasting Touch is a full service wooden furniture repair, refinishing, conservation and restoration business that is open to the general public in Rock Hill, SC. In addition to wood furniture restoration, A Lasting Touch also offers chair caning and weaving, professional furniture appraisals, and insurance damage quotes.
From loose legs, broken backs, failing veneer or a complete breakdown, our team can repair it all! We expertly piece together and rebuild broken and damaged items to their original intended condition. Everything is done by hand to ensure the correct fit before using wood glues and two part expoxy adhesive to perform the repair.
Our "shop roots" actually began a few years before founding the furniture restoration shop in 2003. We got our start by selling unique antique, collectible, and vintage items at The Charlotte Antique And Collectibles Show At The Metrolina Expo in Charlotte, NC. Today, we continue our selling tradition by offering a few hand selected items available for sale.

These guys disassembled, refinished and reassembled in the room in was to go in for us. The piece was way too big to get up the stairs, much less into the bedroom. Not only did they do an excellent refinish job, but the piece is solidly reassembled in it's now permanent (hopefully lol) location. Thanks guys!

Critical: Professionalism I called before going to the store.explained clearly what I needed to have repaired." Yes bring it in we can fix that". Wrong not only could they not repair what I needed. the " gentleman at the counter was extremely rude". people do what you want but I will never go back. extremely poor service!

Had my mom's buffet server, that I inherited, refinished and was thrilled with the result! Owners are warm, friendly, and engaging which made the whole experience a pleasure. Was so pleased I returned with a dining room chair that needed to be repaired and once again was completely satisfied with the result.

We can't say enough positive words about Casey and the entire team at A Lasting Touch! From the first conversation, to visiting the shop, timely pick up, timely return. Professional uniformed men who understand customer service. Beyond the above the quality of work rates 10 Stars. We recently moved into a new home and the Ethan Allen furniture, while in top condition was the wrong color for the new home, we went from warm to cool colors.
They hand sanded and hand stained a dining table with six chairs, two buffet tables, one accent table, and finally an old antique table that came out much better than expected. Casey and team know their woods, are excited about a good piece of furniture.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with A Lasting Touch. My grandmother's antique sideboard was damaged during my recent move. Three of the six feet broke off. It also needed to be refinished. A Lasting Touch did a gorgeous job with the repair and refinishing, breathing new life into this beautiful and sentimental piece. Their communication and customer service was outstanding. When some metal was missing upon delivery, they came back out and installed it promptly. We picked up the first 2 chairs and dropped off two more. We have six total to have repaired. Excellent service. Excellent work. Price was quoted before the work was done. Beautiful work and fair price. Convenient area to drop off and pickup. Monday thru. Saturday hours. I can't say enough about the workmanship.
