Outstanding customer service! Fixed 5 lamps within 30 ish minutes and helped select replacement shade. Clearly experts and so friendly! Shop has lots of quaint gifts for holidays that are very reasonably priced. Made shopping such a pleasant experience- it's the kind of thing that's so missing in the world: customer service that's great from competent professionals who want you to enjoy your experience and deliver a quality product, all with cordial dialogue in a welcoming, unique shop. I was here for a very short time but I walked in with a box to get teacups appraised and a woman said "She has a box!" and someone came from the back immediately to look at them at a table. He estimated what they were each worth and suggested I try consignment shops as the teacups I brought in aren't typically sold easily anywhere anymore. I did some research after and he was right about everything including the worth of the cups, make of them, etc. Excellent, quick, and informed service.

You cannot leave the store without buying that one item that you did not know you needed but found. The service in incredible and personable. I have never been disappointed when shopping there nor having either a lamp or clock repaired. You walk in and immediately you smile. They will ask if you need help with anything but there is never pressure to purchase. When you need help they will spend the time you need.

Love this store. John and Sue are most welcoming and friendly. In addition to antique lamps you will also find china, glassware, ornaments, jewelry, purses. All lovingly displayed. I can't believe there isn't a review on here about this wonderful little beauty on Hertel. I always walk by here with my dog, my stepfather shops here alot. I finally went in one day with him, darn if I am kicking myself for not going in a long time ago. The owners are super nice, the store although small is just perfect and just when you think you found that perfect something.
You turn and there are a dozen more perfect something's. It is not just a lamp store, there's soo much more, I highly recommend you don't walk by like I did. Their prices are far, you will get a sticker shock once an awhile but the price is appropriate for the items. Love it and I will be shopping there again and again and again.
