I contacted Austin Estate Sales when a property that my family owns needed to be readied for leasing. The previous 23 years it had been leased by one owner and there were gobs of accumulated items of every imaginable stripe. Joe was out one day after speaking to me on the phone. We signed a simple agreement and he and his workers delivered more that we expected or even thought possible. They even cleaned out a garage that I thought was just "junk" and I couldn't believe the prices they got for some of that stuff! We were left with a clean, emptied out home and Joe and his team handled all the details. I will never think about ever having a garage sale again.
