Founded in 1959 by Irvin and Dolores Boyd, Boyd's Antiques has specialized in early and unusual American and English furniture and accessories for more than sixty years. Originally located in a Quaker Friends Meetinghouse outside of historic Philadelphia, Boyd's has contributed to the history and culture of the surrounding community by offering unique pieces to customers and collectors throughout its existence. General George Washington rested his troops on the property where Boyd's was originally located, before traveling onward to camp at Valley Forge.

I recently bought a dining table here and have been in Boyd's Antiques on many occassions and am consistently pleased with the unique inventory, reasonable prices, high quality merchandise and welcoming environment. Priscilla is friendly and accommodating and keen to understanding my taste. There's something for everyone at Boyd's!
