This was my first high end experience and I was not disappointed! I had a sterling silver coffee & tea service circa 1958. Sarah Campbell Drury and her associates were professional, upfront and honest and very knowledgeable. They took numerous professional photos that accompanied detail profile of the items being auctioned. Top notch! My service set sold higher than expected! Thank you Case Antiques!

I am a purchaser and a consignor of antiques and art through Case Antiques. Case Antiques researches each item they accept into their auctions, and you can be assured that what they say about the piece is accurate. They are honest and trustworthy, highly knowledgeable and will hire outside experts to authenticate items when necessary.

Absolutely a "5 star +" rating! - In the January auction I was fortunate to acquire a painting by a Tennessee artist who was a member of my family through my maternal grandmother's line. Sarah Drury offered a professional yet unbiased assessment of the art piece which bolstered my interest in it for reasons other than purely sentimental. Having never bid via phone in an auction before, I must say the entire staff was very helpful and polite - questions were answered promptly and information was clear and concise. The phone bid went so smoothly. I sincerely expect to participate in another of their auctions!

I have worked with this firm on several occasions, and came away very impressed each time. I love the research and the detailed photographs that they add to their auction postings, and then pick up in either Nashville or Knoxville is so professional--and quick. The warehouses are well organized, almost immaculate in appearance. They are very prompt in answering questions or providing assistance. All of these qualities speak to their first rate professionalism.

I've attended Case auctions, both in person and on the internet, and made several purchases. They're one of the most well-organized, knowledgable, and thorough auction houses I know. I'm very pleased with the books I've bought from them and I look forward to future Case auctions. (Photo from the Winter 2019 auction I attended)

Sarah and Jamie from Case Antiques were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when I had to sell some historical items from my late employer's estate. They gave me good appraisals and helped me through the whole process. The historical quality of Tennessee antiquities available at their establishment is unparalleled in the state.

While completely stopped at an intersection my car was hit by a car insured by Case Antiques. While their employee was clearly distracted and unaware of my presence next to their giant vehicle (otherwise why would they have run into me?), they took no responsibility. I wonder if the interview with the police and insurer was completely truthful. I would not recommend conducting business with such a person or company based upon this experience.

They exceeded my expectations in every way. They met with me promptly to assess my silver, furnished a written estimate of the value at auction and gave me a timeline for the auction process. I was paid promptly at the end of the process. Sarah Drury was quite knowledgeable and very courteous at each contact. I plan to use them in the future for auctioning additional antiques. Nancy J.

As an estate liquidator I frequently have need of an outlet for investment quality art and antiques. For such a need Sarah at Case Antiques is on speed dial! The appraisal advice I receive is well worth the investment, especially when we see an individual antique item or collection go to auction and yield top dollar from a global audience. Call Case for your high end antique needs. AND their auctions are great fun to watch! Happy Bidding!

IN their last auction I left a bid of 600.00 on an item because I could not return to auction the following day. The article sold for the amount I had left the bid for. SOmeone on the floor bid the same amount but was awarded the item for 600.00 without having to bid more. THis is wrong. I will not be returning to this auction house again and I will not consign any of my antiques with them ever.

Sellers beware! Do not consign silver or gold with Case Antiques Auctions & Appraisals in Knoxville TN! They are entirely deceptive and dishonest! They effectively stole everything I consigned and sold below the agreed upon starting bid in contract and combined 2 lots without my approval thereby giving one away for free. They expect me to believe there was only one bid on all 4 lots of silver and gold priced way below spot value???

They will give a good speech about how they "work for you", make no mistake - they are out for themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if they bought the items themselves - as of yet they will not divulge the buyer to me. You have been warned - pass the word.
