They should take the word antique of the name of their store. There were maybe a handful of antiques, maybe. They were very expensive.

Antique china fun to look, . I was just curious, . Not looking for anything in particular. Nice new and old linens.

Unique finds, many of their items are new and not antique, however extremely overpriced!

Have been going to both of these stores for decades. Most of the back rooms at Blue Willow is now clothing instead of decorating or kitchen items. Loved the unique decorating and kitchen items they had in past years; disappointed this year. I only bought a hat that was on sale.

Stopped in briefly the other day and loved the entire shopping experience. Everything in the store was organized well and so cute! I bought a house warming gift as well as a gift for a bride-to-be. The man and woman who were at the register were very polite and nice to chat with. My items were bubble wrapped and packed securely in a bag. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm back in Door County!

NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY! My grandmother, an antique collector, has to use a walker because she's a bit weak after going through chemotherapy. While shopping in Chelsea Antiques, the wheel of her walker JUST BARELY bumped the side of a small end table that was for sale. The woman working started yelling at her repeatedly to stop (though she already HAD stopped at this point), came stomping over to move the table, and then proceeds to angrily tell us that the building is not handicap accessible!

My grandma was obviously absolutely humiliated so she put down the items she was going to buy and we went out to our car to leave. It didn't sit right with me so I went back in to talk to the employee. I tried to calmly explain my grandmother's situation but she immediately began arguing with me, stating that it was a very expensive table and that we "need to be careful where we take her." The level of disrespect was unreal. Ironically, the items my grandma was going to purchase were worth more than the table.

This shop has really cute things but the women who work there are nasty and rude. They are only open 11-4:30. The hours are not on their website. We arrived at 4:20 and upon entering were told they close in 10 minutes and we were essentially scolded for being there past 4:30 as we were putting the merchandise we were purchasing on the counter. Typically if you have customers that arrive before your closing time and are purchasing items from your store, you don't kick them out. We spent more than $150 in the 15 minutes we were there. The shop workers or owners could learn a thing or 2 about customer service. So rude!
