Services
Written reports are $400 per hour with an eight hour minimum. A report can be in PDF format or bound copy. Written appraisals are typically required for charitable donation, and estate tax. All reports are compliant with the Appraisal Foundation's current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
How do I arrive at a value for your art? To determine a value I find art similar to the type of property I am appraising that has been sold in the open market place. I find comparable with similar quality and value elements. All my written appraisals conform to the standards established by USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), determined by The Appraisal Foundation, a not-for profit organization.
