BUYER BEWARE! We ordered a barn door from these wretched people and they never delivered. On the rare occasion that they would return a call or an email, we were lied to and told we could get $600 back, we contacted AMEX and upon contacting these liars, they still refused to give our money back and LIED that we owed them money for a product delivered.

I had to reopen the dispute with our credit card company AGAIN. Any other decent company would admit their mistake, apologize for the inconvenience, and return a deposit- not this one. They still have our money. Make sure you thoroughly research this company BEFORE doing business with them and refuse to give them anything up front.

This company is aweful! They won't return calls or money after admitting the table is 'bad wood' that buckled and warped. Bad workmanship on top of that. All this after we patiently waited 8 MONTHS for items that were promised in 12 weeks. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

They are a scam. Do not give them any money. Most of my friends have been hit too. Still trying to get my deposit back on some furniture. They will take your money, never produce anything, and you will spend months if not years tracking them down!

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever (called, emailed, and eventually had to show up at their office to get any contact). Essentially, stole $500 from me because I still don't have the door I ordered FIVE MONTHS later. I don't use this word lightly when i say that Jim and Kim are dishonest. Be very cautious and DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT!
