What a wonderful jewelry store! Great selection of very unique pieces that you don't find anywhere else. My wife selected 3 rings, they had them custom made to her specific size and they came out beautifully! Service was exceptional. Jamie took all the time to make sure everything turned out perfectly. When you're in Rhinebeck, make it a point to stop in. You won't be disappointed!

My fiance and I worked with the owner Bruce to chose our wedding bands. We found unique matching wedding bands! We also needed An appraisal on an old ring that needed to be sized and refurbished. Bruce is a master telling the story of a piece of jewelry just by looking through his jewelers loop. Hummingbird sells gorgeous jewelry. The store is lovely and the staff is knowledgeable and really great!

This is one of the oldest and most classic jewelry stores in the Hudson Valley. Their collection is absolutely stunning and they offer a nice variety of price points. I purchased a handmade pearl bracelet from them a few years ago, and it's the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen.

Super nice family run place. Great selection of jewelry. We shopped all over for an engagement ring before coming to hummingbird. They have better stuff, at a better value than any other place in the area. We had some rings made custom from one of their jewlers based on one they had in the store. Couldn't be happier.

Hummingbird's Owners: Bruce, Peggy and Jaime are the next best thing to having family in the custom jewelry business. I feel at ease and in 'good hands' knowing their sincere and knowledgable service is backed by being 33 year-old family business. Custom and service work is impeccable, and artfully curated displays are amazing. And, the snoozing store dogs, alway lift my spirits. 5 Stars - Highly recommended.

Bought a Swiss army watch and it spent more time in the 3 years I have owned it in fix it mode than on my wrist. When Swiss Army was to fix it - I had to intervene in order to get it finally serviced. I was lied to that it was sent into service to Swiss Army multiple times and the one time it actually was sent in, I was told nothing was wrong which is another lie.

Finally it was going to be repaired after the warranty was expired. I called Swiss and got them to fix it when I related the tale but needed a proof of purchase. After another three weeks of chasing Bruce to call swiss and provide the PoP he states he will have to go through years of records. Again I was able to get it done directly with Swiss. If you want over priced items with no service - this place is for you
