Really nice Shop full of clothes and jewellery with a nice old lady inside. I found a really impressive necklace which will always remind me of my visit in NOLA.

Her chihuahuas attacked me at the door. She didn't call them back or tell them to stop. No apologies, not even a greeting! Didn't spend my money here.

I stopped in here as my last place to shop before going home. They have a lot of really cool things, including estate jewelry, but so much of it was just too rich for my blood. Yes, I could spend $6 for a cool postcard, but no! It's a great place to spend money and buy something unique!

I had a group of 6 girls that went into this store while visiting downtown for my Bachelorette Party. We were all dressed up after having brunch and I wanted to look at this beautiful shop. The store associate was rude to us the moment we walked in. Never greeted us.just made a comment about us walking off of a parade route. At that point we were trying to ask her questions (nicely) about her merchandise and she continued to respond rudely.

Being from New Orleans. I felt ashamed to have some in our city act this way. We all walked out stunned but also noticed there was no one in the store. I understand why. How can you have a shop in the middle of the Quarter and not expect people to walk in off of the street. Move to Metairie!

My wife and I were knocking around the Quarter trying to kill some time until Effervescent opened at 4:00 pm. We were wandering down Royal and saw "Glitter Box." The Name sounded interesting enough, so we ducked in. The place was a treasure trove of vintage clothes, jewelry, hats etc. This was definitely a "wife" store, so I plopped onto a sofa to wait as she looked.

The shop keeper plopped down near me and we struck up a conversation. There was French music playing softly in the shop and I asked her who it was playing. That led into a wonderful conversation about her background as a costume designer on Broadway, the owner of the shop and where they go for drinks after work. Her name was Bernadette and she was a hoot. The shop is cool. The shop keeper is a hoot. A definite treasure in the Quarter.

My sister and I visited NOLA for her 50th birthday. We visited Jezebel's on 8/25/18. I found a gorgeous smoky topaz bracelet and she found a darling vintage beaded handbag. We were welcomed and felt so at home. The vintage vibe, the Audrey Hepburn pics, elegant and eclectic items.absolutely a hidden gem in our visit. Thank you so much. If we ever get back to NOLA, we will definitely be back to see you. Denise and Buffi

The store associate was perfectly wonderful. This review is not about madam. The store policy of not accepting returns however, is tacky. There wasn't even a sign posted to warn customers. I would have accepted a store credit, was not an option. I guess the owners are hard up. Will not be returning. I live in the Quarter and haven't heard great things from other residents.
