The online store is updated often. This means that almost all of the items are available if they have an 'add to cart' button available. On rare occasions we may have sold an item in our store on the same day as your online purchase. However this is extremely rare and unlikely. We make every effort to update our online store as often as possible to avoid any issues.
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are temporarily unable to mail items to various countries and territories because their postal operators are still not accepting inbound postal items and/or our transportation performance remains significantly reduced due to the reduction of flights from/to Japan.
Kiku Imports is proud to share just a few examples of our tansu and antique furniture pieces utilized by top interior designers like Audrey Brandt, John Wheatman and more. Our unique Japanese furniture and antiques provide an excellent combination of a modern look with classic Japan's simplicity. Feel free to ask us for Japanese design tips or suggestions for local interior designers in the Bay Area!
Religion is an important part of Japanese life. Buddhist altars, shrines, jizo, and religious figures are incorporated into many Japanese homes for enlightenment, protection, to ward off evil spirits, and for prayer. These beautiful antique buddhist and religious items are lovely pieces that bring harmony and joy in your home decor.

A really cool place with a lot of craftsmanship on display. And that craftsmanship isn't strictly imported, they do quite a bit of work at the shop too. Even if you're not looking to buy, it's a treat to check out on a Saturday!

Really cool niche store if you're looking for Japanese antique furniture (e.g. Tansu chests). They are only open on Saturdays, but the women said that if there is a specific piece you are interested in, they can sometimes accommodate weekday visit (if they are working on restorations that day).

Just bought here an amazing chest of drawers. The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was super nice and their warehouse is very cool.

I was really impressed when I walked into Kiku Imports for the first time. They have a lot of furniture & decor and the prices are surprisingly great. The quality of their tansu (chests of drawers) is terrific and they have some really unique pieces. I wasn't shopping for japanese antiques but they have plenty of those too. They even have a few parking spaces for customers behind the store.
