Stuart is a great and friendly person to come visit. Vast experienced in art, culture, and interpersonal skills. I had the honor and pleasure of hosting a very important event of my life in his gallery and was a wonderful experience from the first moment I stepped foot in his establishment.

Beautiful layout and art pieces. I felt like I was walking into a millionaires art museum. I don't know much about art so i brought in a painting that I inherited from my grandparents for an appraisal. Mr. Pocock is very friendly and did a great job of illustrating things about my painting that I never knew. He really took a lot of his time to help me find an artist match and I really appreciated it. I will be back one day to buy a 100,000$ piece of art one day when I hit the lottery.

You are transported to another world upon entering this fine art establishment. Owner Stuart Pocock can unwind the history of a painting or fine art piece that makes you feel like you're on your own episode of Antiques Roadshow on PBS. Although the pieces in this gallery are by well known artists, I appreciated Mr. Pocock's appreciation for the beauty of some work that does not fit in this category. ( No snobbery here) I wanted to hear more about everything. Will definitely come back.

The very friendly but more importantly knowledgeable Stuart gladly looked at a beautiful, loved, but dull beachscape that I've had for years. He took the painting in, and in a couple of weeks delivered a brite, clean, vibrant painting back to me. What a transformation!didn't cost a lot either. After many enjoyable visits with Stuart at Pocock I finally brought in a fine but tired landscape painting for his point of view. We had fun on our hands and knee's really looking at the painting inch by inch. Stuart recommended a thorough cleaning and revarnishing in a gloss finish to make the water sparkle. I gulped when asking the price, and he quoted, and then delivered, a much improved picture at a very, very reasonable price.

He kept and cleaned the original frame, good, and now the water in the painting really glistens and glows. Stuart also encouraged me to enhance the lighting on the image to really show it off. Good advice, A great experience at a reasonable price. Well Done, Monte Thompson

The prices clearly labeled the staff available, knowledgeable and helpful but totally unaggressive without any "hard sell" push.

Each piece of work is also available with a proper authentication that you can trust and rely upon. Even if you can't afford any of it, Pocock is worth a browse and you'll always find yourself welcome to do so.
