Alisha was a joy to work with. She always greeted our requests to see houses supportively and professionally. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality.

Steve and Alisha were tireless and supportive in their efforts to sell our existing house and buying our new property. At every step they were fantastic. No question went unanswered and we always felt like they were solidly on our team. We would enthusiastically recommend the Rennick home team without pause. They easily earned that fact.

In my humble experience, I've found that all the realtors establishment are pretty cut and dry, you go in pay your rent and you keep it moving (pretty uneventful). But let me tell you about Rennick Realtors. It's located on a quiet row of shops and other small businesses. When I pulled up for the first time I was surprised by the antique shop under the Rennick banner.

I walked in thinking this was the place to pay my rent. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who informed me that the rent office was just down the sidewalk and to the right. I thank him and I took a minute to take in all the beautiful items that lined the shelves. There were amazing colorful rugs and plenty of art and ornaments. That was a pleasant experience. so I got with the task at hand.

I followed the instructions as given and I walked into the rent collection area. To my surprise the office was a large sprawling area and the place was a bit busy, but as soon as l entered a friendly voice asked how can we help you. I explained that l was here to pay my rent. Immediately she stopped what she was doing and took my rent and handed me a receipt.

That's what I was there for and my mission was accomplished. The area, the shops, and the friendly staff. I can't wait to pay my rent again .p.s. In front of the antique shop there was the most empecable Harley I've ever seen. You can tell someone adores that machine. I had to put on my sunglasses. I thought the crome was the sun!

I had a house listed in Stuart with a local realtor who had the most listing in the community and years of experience. The house was listed for months and I was looking to buy in Vero Beach but could not until I sold the house in Stuart. The house in Stuart was priced right but we never got any showings and the Realtor was not providing much feedback other than lower the price.

I finally dropped the realtor which was a national name with supposedly great marketing. I was at the verge of taking the house off the Market but turned to Steve since even without having the listing was always there to answer questions and advice not once trying to step in. Steve's associate Katie was showing us properties in Vero Beach. Once Steve took over the listing, he gave me a strong analysis, guided me on the pricing, had a professional photographer take pictures (the previous realtor did not), used a drone and placed me on every listing plus called all the past realtors who previously viewed the house.

I went from 4 viewings a week to 15 plus (listing service was amazing) viewings the first weekend and two offers. We accepted one but they pulled out last minute and we were in Danger of losing a non-refundable deposit on a house in Vero Beach we placed an offer on. As luck would have it that contract also canceled last minute. Most people would give up or get Discouraged and the value of our house was small compared to other of Steve's listing but he went into overdrive and through his confidence, we hung in. Steve each time went back to everyone who visited, talked to the Brokers and came back with another buyer.

He negotiated great terms for us and today we are living in the same house we had placed the non-refundable deposit on. Steve and Katie negotiated this purchase as well. If you want a professional hard working Team, the combination of Steven and Katie are incomparable. They will get the job done, going beyond expectation and always being gracious to all parties concerned.
