I just won eight items at Richard Hatch auction and I couldn't be happier. The items were described faithfully and arrived looking even better than we anticipated. Because they ran the gamut from rugs to paintings to ceramics, we were worried that shipping was going to be a nightmare. But Mr. Hatch, who couldn't be a nicer, more helpful person, saw to it personally that my items were delivered on time, in perfect condition and at a great price. I actually wound up not only happy to have found the things I won, but also that I bought them from Mr. Hatch.
