Liquidation consultation is available. We also provide a service for the trustee, professional fiduciary, or conservator by conducting a basic inventory of personal property. This documentation can be with current fair market values, or simply an inventory with no valuation added.

Many insurance companies and financial planners urge their clients to maintain inventories of their special collections and contents of their homes. We provide a hard copy of your inventory along with an electronic version to generate customized reports.

An appointment will be scheduled for an agreeable date and time. Upon arrival I will perform a cursory walk-through to determine the scope of the appraisal assignment. For assignments that involve appraisal of over ten objects, I use my laptop computer to input descriptions in full detail, with room identification.
