Just popped in to get a jewelry change for a cartilage piercing I stupidly got done with a gun a few years back and haven't been able to remove. The people were so lovely and helpful. I went because a friend recommended them after a piercing he had done and I can see why. They were welcoming, non judgemental, knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable in store and in the chair. Definitely going back if I get any other piercings!

There is so much that can be said for this amazing piercing studio and it's allgood but I'm going to keep it short. If you want/need a piercing or more then this is the ONLY place to go. People come from all over England and Europe to get stuff done by Kalima. The aftercare is second to non and you also get a wicked lollipop.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Quentin and Rosie were super lovely. Made me feel so at ease. Aftercare protocol absolutely amazing with a contactable number after hours just incase. Can not recommend this place enough. Really enjoyed having work here. Worth the 3.5hour travel there and i absolutely will be back again! Thanks guys

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value Was recommended by another shop who wasn't able to do the piercing I wanted. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and was explained everything clearly and what was going to happen etc. After care info was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Would highly recommend!
