FIVE STARS for Sarah Lyda at Coffin & Trout Fine Jewelry. I grew up a few blocks away from Coffin & Trout. As a child I dreamt about purchasing a Rolex at Coffin & Trout and thanks to Sarah the dream came true! Coffin & Trout is one of the most beautiful Rolex+Tudor boutiques that I have ever seen. Ask for Sarah, and she will do everything in her power to get you the watch of your dreams. Having enjoyed watches for a while now, I knew I was ready to make my first luxury watch purchase. Being an educator, and not a millionaire, I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon walking in, I felt that I didn't necessarily belong in the establishment, and a few sales people on the floor seemed to think the same- until Don greeted me at one of the counters. Needless to say, Don was kind and down to earth.
We talked watches, looked at models I was interested in, and fortunately for my timing they had exactly the watch I was looking for. Not only were they extremely professional, they were extremely knowledgeable. Now being a regular consumer, I was very particular about a purchase of this kind. They happily complied keeping the watch nicely cared for throughout the purchase, not flinging it around as I've seen other places do.
Also worth mentioning walking me through the watch, functions, and sizing the bracelet. Overall, I felt that everything was addressed very nicely. On a side note, I felt also very welcomed by the other customers there- regulars who came in to also talk watches. That made this experience feel even more enjoyable. I write this as just a normal, everyday consumer. Who knows if I'll ever be able to purchase a watch like that again- if I do, I know where I'll be going.

I had such an awesome experience today with Sarah at Coffin and Trout. I initially walked in to look at a few Rolex watches that I am interested in. Sarah listened to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the brand. In addition, Sarah was kind enough to give me a tour of the store, discuss Coffin and Trout's ability to create custom jewelry, and introduced me to many of the store's staff. It's safe to say that Sarah, and Coffin and Trout, gained a customer today. Keep up the great work Sarah!

Coffin and Trout is an amazing store for your jewelry or fine watches. I purchased a Rolex several years ago and recently an engagement ring for my fiance. Sarah was my sales associate for the ring. I originally went into Coffin & Trout to look at a few Rolex watches that I was interested in. I was greeted by Sarah and taken over to their Rolex section. She listened to my story and was very knowledgeable about the process, wait times and the Rolex Brand. After she wrote down what I was interested in I mentioned I was looking for a gift for my wife.
She took me over to their jewelry section and showed me the most beautiful necklace. I placed the custom order with her and I am so glad I did because my wife was in love as soon as she opened up the box. C&T is by far the best jeweler and Rolex authorized dealer in Arizona. During our first visit, my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting Sandy. She was gracious enough to show us several pieces, including several rings featuring C&T's trademarked Paragon shape. My girlfriend really enjoyed herself. Sandy was also kind enough to give me a call a few weeks later when they received more Rolex books and held one until I got a chance to swing by. I can't say it enough, an absolute gem!

Customers for life! I had the most wonderful experience working with Ryan at Coffin & Trout. My husband had his eye on a watch for some time so I reached out to Ryan and let him know what we were looking for and told him that it would be amazing to surprise my husband with it.
